Mentor has studied Civil Engineering at the University of Prishtina. From 2009 Mentor gathered experience in other architectural offices and constructions company. He stared working in Regional Centre for Cultural Heritage Peja as a student internship during 2011. Since January 2015, he joined CO-DESIGN as a staff member in a position of civil engineer.
