Visar studied at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture in Prishtina. He holds a Master of Science (Msc.) degree in Architecture and Urban Design at University Polis (International School of Architecture and Urban Development Policies) Tirana, Albania. Visar has experience in a wide range of project design, working as an architect in different studios and entities since 2004. From the foundation of Studios for Architecture and Urban Design CO-DESIGN in 2012, as co-founder, today he is responsible for managing and implementing the Operational Strategy and Action Strategy is this studio.
